REMOTE LESSONS
Technology now makes it possible for us to teach anyone, anywhere - remotely. We can help you learn in just the same way as during a home visit. A video link means you can see and talk to your tutor just as if they were in the same room.
We do not need to visit you at your home. This means you need have no worries about social distancing - a prime consideration in these times of COVID-19.
Remote lessons are extremely easy to set up online and facilitate teaching which is just as effective as your tutor making a visit to your home. With just a few clicks you can grant permission for us to access your screen, move the mouse, and click (or tap) in order to demonstrate on your device.
Each session has a unique password which can only be entered by you, thus maintaining security. Your device cannot be accessed unless you enter the required password, so your computer is entirely safe against unauthorised use.

We know how difficult it can be to master new technology - especially if you're coming to it later in life. As experienced computer tutors, we have developed the best illustrated guides you will find. These leave nothing to chance... or memory.
